The journey that led to Bluegrace Holdings

Early in his career, Mr. Granier acquired KOM-NET Services S.A.R.L., merged all its assets and established GRAMA FRANCE S.A.R.L.

  • Gramanet Division specialized in Custodial Services to private and corporate clients.
  • Gramagarde Division specialized in Corporate Security Services, including personnel protection.
  • Gramaflux Division specialized in the supply and installation of alarm systems and protection equipment for private and corporate clients.
  • RG Systems Division specialized in the marketing, sales and distribution and maintenance of aAlarm system products and maintenance services thereof.
  • Gramabat Division specialized in construction and interior design services to both Private and Corporate Clients.

Operations and over 800 employees were managed from Marseille with branch offices in Paris, Alfortville, Rungis, Montpellier, Nice, Cannes and Mougins. Clients included local government administrations and the banking community

GRAMA FRANCE S.A.R.L. which had become GRAMA FRANCE GROUP S.A. was purchased by ALBERT ABELA Group on the condition that Mr Granier continue as General Manager of the AA Industrial Cleaning Division and Vice-President of the AA Group in general and special Adviser of Mr Albert Abela for all matters of the Group in relation to industrial cleaning activities. Mr Granier and Family relocated to Dubai (UAE) where he opened the Head-Office of AA Industrial Cleaning Division. Mr Granier continued to expand the business and opened various branches of the Division in Abu Dhabi & Sharjah in the UAE, Bahrain, Oman & Kuwait, and Qatar in the Gulf, Al Khobar, Jeddah and Riyadh in Saudi Arabia, Cairo in Egypt and Aman in Jordan.

After 2 years in the UAE, Mr Granier moved to London in order to centralize the Cleaning Division’s International Client liaison and marketing activities which included international tenders in the Sudan, Nigeria, Angola, Cameroon, Congo, Gabon and Zaire in Africa, Singapore, Malaysia and Hong Kong in Asia, Brazil and Venezuela in South America, France, Greece, North Sea, Scotland, Spain, Cyprus, Malta and West Germany in Europe.


When the AA Group secured the contract for the new King Khaled International Airport in Saudi Arabia, Mr Granier and his family relocated to Riyadh where he spent the next two years developing this business while also expanding the cleaning Division in Saudi and in the Middle-East in general. After tiring of managing over 5000 employees, Mr Granier left the AA Group.

Mr Granier next acquired a majority stake in the US company ARTCARD International Inc based in Dallas Texas and soon thereafter become the majority shareholder and CEO.  He formed ARTEGE Financial Services in order to provide a broad network of unique, high end Retailers with a range of financial services that was not then otherwise available to such companies. Through its innovative financial concepts and services to this Retail Sector ARTEGE Financial Services was able to quickly become the leader in this $6.1 billion market. Soon ARTEGE Financial Services was operating in all fifty states and became the dominant servicer for this niche industry in Texas, California, Arizona, New Mexico, Colorado, Hawaii, New York & Washington. With such a large customer base, ARTEGE began publishing Art & Travel International magazine for its customers. Only 3 years after its launch, Mr Granier sold ARTEGE for 12 times the money invested. Since that time, Mr. Granier has worked across the globe as an Industry Consultant and Financial Advisor while at the same time investing in various companies in the computer science, telecom, education, health, financial business, financial trading and real estate sectors.


In 2009, Mr Granier became Chairman of Hestiun Group which operated from offices situated in Spain, China, Hong Kong, the U.S.A. (New York, Los Angeles, Washington), Canada and Turkey. In 2009 Hestiun Group was honored with an award in Wuxi China at the Global Forum on Human Settlements, followed by an invitation in 2010 for Mr. Granier to speak before the General Assembly of the United Nations in New York for the United Nations World Water Day celebration. Mr. Granier transferred his interests in Hestiun Group to the new entity Avelia Group which has now become Bluegrace Holdings while continuing to maintain mostly the same executives and staff and many of the same Board members.


Mr. Granier is fluent in French (native language), English and Spanish and has a working ability in Italian and Arabic.
